About the Coach/Speaker
With over 23 years of experience as a chartered accountant, Irene has rose through the ranks of a General Manager and Finance Director with an international luxury brand. As a career coach, she pays keen attention to her coachees and helps them explore their hidden potential and new career possibilities.
Irene has also previously lectured ACCA students, conducted motivational workshops, held dance training classes and public seminars on finance for non-accounting professionals, among others.
She has several awards to her name, including Singapore Excellence Award 2013, Singapore Entrepreneurs’ Award 2013/2014, Singapore Quality Brand Award 2013/2014, and Asia Excellence Award 2014.
Inspired and motivated to make a positive impact in people’s lives, Irene made the switch to become a career coach in early 2016 and continually builds on her skills as a career coach, creating strategies to aid her coachees.
