How does RACE Plus FastTrack unemployed PMETs into a career?
RACE Plus (Route to Actualising Career Excellence Plus) consists of four components to strengthen your employability as well as build relationships in the workplace for continued employment.
At the start of the program, you will learn strategic skills for effective resume and cover letter writing, as well as interview skills from experts in an Employability Skills workshop, JOB FastTrack. You will also receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for WSQ Module Maintain Personal Presentation and Employability.
After completing JOB FastTrack, you will work closely with a career coach who is committed to your progress with your career plan. Fine-tune your career portfolio and career plan as you pinpoint and develop your most valuable talents to increase your employability.
During the program, you will learn how to amplify your soft skills and leadership skills from experienced trainers as well as the shared experiences of your coursemates in the Leadership and People Management Diploma course.
Lastly, as part of RACE Plus, you will also have a year of alumni events to continue your learning and collaborative experience as part of the membership benefits.
