In the previous session, we learned about the power of positive thinking that is influenced by three different factors that contribute to a better holistic well-being – thoughts, emotions and behaviour. Moving forward from positive thinking, we now focus on emotions. In this upcoming session, we deconstruct the different emotions that influence our thinking through some interactive exercises and light-hearted guided meditation to visualise a new life story for ourselves.
About the Facilitator
Abelene Hu is an Intuitive Life Coach specialising in Positive Psychology and Energy Psychology. She guides on how to harness the power of our thoughts, emotions, actions, and energy to create our best possible life. Having survived depression, low self-esteem, weight issues, anxiety attacks and a suicide attempt, Abelene discovered that integrating practical life skills with energy clearing methods were effective in facilitating the self-transformation process. She now shares what she learned in her healing journey through corporate training, group workshops, public speaking, and one-to-one sessions.
