Dynamic and ever evolving in his training styles and rules of engagement with his participants, Rupert has been positively changing the lives of participants for the past 11 years. Versatile in his deliverance, he plays a vital part in the field of motivational and Human Asset Re-engineering Programmes for the job seekers in the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i); since their inaugural launch of the Executive Workshop Programme back in 2009.
Rupert has a vast amount of experience that he has garnered from many years in the corporate arena where he forged a reputation as a champion of sales, attaining the position of Sales and marketing director. He also dabbled in Hotel management as he held the position of Sales manager. He held these positions at a relatively young age and it was fair to say that had the training bug not bitten Rupert would still be among the leading lights in the industry. He draw on this experiences in his training programmes, which provide a powerful backboard for expression and the fleshing of learning points.
Rupert has also ventured overseas, in 2008 he spearheaded a team of entrepreneurs, establishing a social enterprise in the capital of Vietnam and helping the less fortunate pick up skills. His experience in this field has lent another dimension about his sales and marketing experiences as he spent several year as the sales director of a team based overseas, an experience not many Singaporeans are fortunate enough to have.
