Irene Lee (PCC)

Irene Lee is a Professional Certified Coach under the International Coach Federation and is currently the Master Career Coach at the Centre for Career Excellence.

Irene has over 23 years of corporate experience as General Manager and Finance Director with an international luxury brand and is also a certified chartered accountant. As a career coach, she pays keen attention to her coachees and helps them explore their hidden potential and new career possibilities using her SELF coaching model – Sensing, Evaluating, Learning and Facilitating that helps to groom effective leaders.

She is ACTA certified and has also lectured ACCA students, conducted motivational workshops, held dance training classes and public seminars on financial know-how for non-accounting professionals, among others. Inspired and motivated to make a positive impact in people’s lives, Irene continually builds on her skills as a career coach, creating strategies to better aid her coachees.

At the moment, Irene also leads a team of coaches where she mentors and shares with them her experiences, knowledge and tips on career coaching PMETs in Singapore.

Dayal Krishnan (PCC)

With more than 200 Clients and over 800 coaching hours, Dayal has attained his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in less than 9 month sand is among the first Professional Certified Coach ever since the Certified Coach Skills (CCS) Certification was offered by Centre for Career Excellence in 2016.Dayal meets up with the coaches in his team regularly at least once month to help them on their coach skills, primarily in career coaching.During his sessions, he explores areas of challenges for the coaches and works with them to identify viable options for improvements.Dayal’s usual style of being direct and empathetic applies both to hiscoachees as well as the coaches, and this has helped the coaches build their expertise to become excellent coaches. He uses role-playing from his experiences to help coaches identify areas for improvement.In addition, he looks at different models for discussions and brings a different dimension for the coaches to explore in their coaching techniques.

Jeddiah Alex (PCC)

Jedidiah is a highly sought-after results and transformation coach. With over 13 years of coaching experience and clients from across 5 continents, he is passionate in coaching to change lives. He believes that coaching is the key to creating positive and impactful change in people. Having coached clients from around the world, he found that coaching was a key enabler in driving peak performance and creating tangible results. Being a mentor coach to coaches around the world, he constantly seeks to improve his coaching practice and founded Coaching Changes Lives to train coaches and The Coach’s Advantage (a network for coaches to meetup and share best practices) to help connect coaches and empower people.

He developed the C.O.A.C.H coaching framework build upon the core competencies of ICF to empower coaches with coaching strategies to create breakthroughs for their clients. His coaching process focuses on helping clients gain deeper awareness and clarity, create solutioning, establish progress and accountability, and generate the results the client desires. Today, he is impacting coaches with advance coaching tools to impact more lives and business – Coaching Truly Changes Lives.
