With more than a decade of general nursing experiences in various government hospitals and specialist medical centre under the healthcare service industry, Elaine made a switch in her career to embark on a different role in sales and marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods at Nestle. This exposure has enable and lead her professionally in a highly demanding MNC over two decades. She has succeeded well in her transfer to a cross-functional role in the Corporate Affairs and Communications to spearhead the Call Centre.

Elaine’s diverse background has developed her career and ability to embrace change effectively in a service -orientated industry and dynamic working environment. She takes pride in her work and has competently engaged with key internal and external stakeholders. She is responsible and dedicated to train and coach her clients closely from all walks of life.

She believes her role is to help her clients to be assertive and focus in setting their goals. Consequently, they can align and attain their purpose and values in life and celebrate the success on their personal achievement.
