Steven’s Seek – Coach Mentor, CCE
Steven has more than 26 years of experience in leadership, strategic and business management. He held various senior management positions and is known for mentoring and coaching leaders and management teams.
Steven also pioneered a career program for PMETs in collaboration with a government agency from 2009 to 2012.
Currently, Steven is a consultant to several companies and a coach to several entrepreneurs and executives. He is also co-leading the Certified Coach Skills Program (Career Coaching) to train aspired career coaches at the Centre for Career Excellence.
Steven graduated with a bachelor degree in Science (Economics). He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with International Coach Academy (ICA) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation (ICF). Steven is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach; Six Seconds EQ Practitioner; Enneagram Personality Style and Certified ACTA Trainer with Workforce Development Agency. He is also a Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
