In this program we take the theories into practice and learn to apply them in context.

The Specialist in Leadership Coaching is a 24 Hour Coach Specific Training Programme conducted over 5 modules through face-to-face training and coaching. English will be the main mode of delivery (unless otherwise stated). The modules will be delivered through active learning, with theories, demonstrations, practice, reflections and case studies. The programme is hands-on, direct feedback and application of theories to integrate learnings deeply.

Live Advance Leadership Coaching Training - 21 hours
(3 days LIVE training)

Coaching research and assignments - 3 hours

Module 1 - Leadership and Coaching

In the future economy, leaders must be coaches to effectively lead and grow the team. As a leader you are leading the team towards the organisation vision and goals, as a Coach you partner with individuals through an empowering coaching process to elicit ownership, performance and achieve results.

Module 2 - Neuroscience Leadership

Research in the neurosciences and psychology is leading us to a greater understanding of how to improve personal and leadership behaviours and performance. Understand neural patterns as a leader. Discover the power of neuroplasticity in unleashing your brain agility and resilience. Learn to create the conditions for success in your organization by leading teams and shifting the culture from fear to trust.

Module 3 – Effective Employment Of Profiling Tools

With a myriad profiling tools, how can coaches employs the, effectively for the areas of focus? The module studies the employment of these profiling tools (e.g Hogan’s assessments, MBTI, Tetramap, etc) in your coaching conversation.

Module 4 – Amalgamate Leadership Theories and Coaching Practice

Apply leading leadership theories and methodology in your coaching practice. With a plethora of leadership models, coaches will learn how to amalgamate these concepts with coaching process. Taking theories
into practice.

Module 5: Leadership Coaching Intensive

Bringing together all the leadership concepts and coaching competencies, the intensive focuses on the coach, and hands-on coaching practice.

With more than 200 Clients and over 800 coaching hours, Dayal has attained his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in less than 9 months and is among the first Professional Certified Coach ever since the Certified Coach Skills (CCS) Certification was offered by Centre for Career Excellence in 2016.

Dayal meets up with the coaches in his team regularly at least once month to help them on their coach skills, primarily in career coaching. During his sessions, he explores areas of challenges for the coaches and works with them to identify viable options for improvements.
