Module 1 - Leadership and Coaching
In the future economy, leaders must be coaches to effectively lead and grow the team. As a leader you are leading the
team towards the organisation vision and goals, as a Coach you partner with individuals through an empowering coaching process to elicit ownership, performance and achieve results.
Module 2 - Neuroscience Leadership
Research in the neurosciences and psychology is leading us to a greater understanding of how to improve personal and leadership behaviours and performance. Understand neural patterns as a leader. Discover the power of neuroplasticity
in unleashing your brain agility and resilience. Learn to create the conditions for success in your organization by leading
teams and shifting the culture from fear to trust.
Module 3 – Effective Employment Of Profiling Tools
With a myriad profiling tools, how can coaches employs the,
effectively for the areas of focus? The module studies the employment of these profiling tools (e.g Hogan’s assessments, MBTI, Tetramap, etc) in your coaching conversation.
Module 4 – Amalgamate Leadership Theories and Coaching Practice
Apply leading leadership theories and methodology in your coaching practice. With a plethora of leadership models,
coaches will learn how to amalgamate these concepts with coaching process. Taking theories
Module 5: Leadership Coaching Intensive
Bringing together all the leadership concepts and coaching competencies, the intensive focuses on the coach, and hands-on coaching practice.
